Hi, I’m Heather, a qualified and experienced HR professional.
I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) with the highest level of HR accreditation (Level 7) provided by a master’s degree in Human Resources. I have worked in HR for several years and love the work I do. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with a variety of companies (from small tech start-ups through to multi-site hospitality environments).
I have also had exposure to a variety of HR matters throughout my career including: redundancy processes, several TUPE transfer projects, performance management, and many complex employee relations cases. I have also enjoyed leading positive change initiatives such as implementing wellbeing programmes, evaluating and updating benefits packages, and creating company induction and onboarding processes.
I am passionate about my work and love helping businesses manage their people resource more effectively.
